Payment must be
received in full before any orders are commenced.

Submit your photos,
either by e-mail or by regular mail. We can scan photographs and return them with your order.
Electronic images can be sent to
lorraine@pixart.com .

If you are scanning
your own photos, please do so at 300dpi, no less than 4x6.

Start with good quality
photos. Out of focus, or blurred from motion cannot be repaired.
Images should be exposed properly. We can make enhancements, but cannot
work miracles!

You must own copyright
to all photographs submitted or provide permission from the photographer.

Please do not enhance
or crop your photos, leave that part to us!

If uncertain about your
layout, you can send us several
pictures and we will pick the most suitable ones for you to view in the
layout.

You will be sent a
proof of your card. We will make changes until you are happy with
the image. Once you have signed off and verified that all
information is correct the order is sent to the lab for printing.
After it has been signed off on, it cannot be recalled, so please make
certain that everything is perfect.

When the above have
been met, the order will be submitted to lab. Orders normally print
in 24-72 hours.

If you find that you
need additional copies of the card after the initial order has been
placed, you will receive a $10.00 discount from the posted price;
provided that there are no alterations to the order. If any
changes are required, posted rates apply.
